Although I’m pretty concerned about the this rain-less winter we seem to suddenly be having, my chihuahuas are beyond excited to not look like drowned rats every time they go out for a walk. Since we can’t control the weather and summon the rain, might as well get out there and enjoy the sunny weather this weekend!
